Do my sneakers fit in your sneaker boxes?

Chances are that your sneakers will just fit, the sneaker boxes are designed for all sizes of sneakers and trainers. To be sure, check the inner dimensions of the sneaker boxes, which can be found on the product page. Not sure? Then please contact us.

Order and send

Do you have the product in stock?

You can only order a product if we have the product in stock locally. We therefore ship your order from the Netherlands. If the product is not in stock, it will say 'Available soon'.

How do you handle my personal data?

You can assume that your personal information is safe with us. When you order from us, you only have to enter the information that is necessary for us to process your order properly. We only use your telephone number and e-mail address to ensure that the courier can deliver your order and to contact you about your order.

I have not received an order confirmation, was my order successful?

First, check whether the email address you used contains a spelling error. Also check the spam or junk folder, the shipping confirmation may have been automatically marked as junk. Still can't find the message? Then please contact us.

I have not received a tracking code, has my order really been shipped?

Have you received a shipping confirmation? yay! Then your order is definitely on its way. In the event that you do not receive a tracking code, your order will fit through the letterbox and you do not have to stay at home for delivery.

I don't live in the Netherlands, can I still order?

At the moment that is not possible, we only sell and ship within the Netherlands.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

It is possible to change or cancel your order until your order has been shipped. After sending it is not possible to stop it. You can refuse the shipment at the door or have it returned to a PostNL point if delivered there. Have you already accepted the order? In that case, visit our returns page to return your order.

Will I receive a tracking code when my order has been shipped?

Sneaker boxes are always sent as a package, in which case you will always receive a tracking code so that you can track your order. Do you order a product that fits through the letterbox? Then you will not receive a tracking code, but you do not have to stay at home to receive your order.

My order has not yet been delivered, what should I do?

If your order has not yet been delivered within the promised delivery time, first check the address you entered. Also check whether you have received a shipping confirmation from us. Have you checked this and is this information correct? Then your order may be delayed, in many cases the delay is caused by busy courier services. We ask for your understanding. If you still need more information, please contact us.

When will I receive my order?

If your order is in stock and you have placed it before 5:00 PM, we will ship it the same day and you will most likely receive it the next working day, or the working day after that. In that case, the delivery time is 1 to 2 working days. Did you order after 5:00 PM? Then the delivery time is a maximum of 2 to 3 working days. If your order is not in stock, we will inform you about the delivery time. There are always exceptions, in case courier services cause a delay, however this does not happen very often.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are always € 5.95 including VAT. We offer free shipping from € 50.00.


How do I return my order

How do I know if you have received my return?

Keep a close eye on the tracking code of your return package. After receipt we will process your return as soon as possible, usually this will happen within a few working days and you will receive the money back on your account. Is this not the case or have you been waiting longer? Please contact us and keep your return number at hand.

I have received a defective product, what now?

Oops, sorry! That can happen, but of course it is not the intention. Please contact us directly so that we can help you with this.
